Three Oaks Realty welcomes Clare Mooney as a licensed salesperson. Mooney earned a Master’s in Real Estate Development at Columbia University, having written a thesis on development opportunities which won an entrepreneurial award. She earned her associates degree at Parsons School of Design in Interior Design. Her Bachelor’s in Art History and French Literature was attained at the University of Arizona. Mooney was an American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) Professional Member from 2002 to 2012, and is also ADA certified in California.

Mooney’s hometown is New York, NY, and her family moved to California when she was in high school. “We came down to this area when I was growing up for spring vacations, and I fell in love with the beaches and humidity and spanish moss covered oak trees,” said Mooney, “ I later came to appreciate Savannah’s exquisite city plan and the architecture. I see a lot of opportunities for adaptive reuse and infill projects here in my adopted home town, and am excited to be a part of Savannah’s future.”
