The brand’s first East Coast location joins its expanding portfolio of existing Montage Residences, located in Beverly Hills, Deer Valley, Kapalua Bay and Laguna Beach. Currently being developed by The Athens Group, a limited number of Montage Residences Palmetto Bluff will be released when sales commence in January 2016, starting at $1.2 million.
