Jacque Stepherson brings more than 25 years of human resource experience to Hospice Savannah’s Director of Human Resources position, working in areas such as talent acquisition, employee and labor relations, performance management, policy development, process mapping, and customer service.  She has served in leadership roles with Wayne State University, the state of Georgia, Chatham County District Attorney’s Office, and most recently with Armstrong State University.  

In her previous roles, Jacque has led efforts in academic and non-academic recruitment, contract negotiations, employee on-boarding, employee rewards and recognition, grievance hearings, performance management, customer service plans, and several process improvements. 

Jacque earned a Bachelor of Public Affairs from Wayne State University and a Master of Business Administration from Walden University with a specialization in Human Resource Management.  She is a Senior Professional in Human Resources and a SHRM-Senior Certified Professional. Jacque is a native of Detroit, Michigan and has lived in Georgia for nearly five years.
