The Small Business Chamber of Savannah's Inaugural Big Business Symposium to be Held at Civic Center

The Small Business Chamber of Savannah will host their Inaugural Big Business Symposium September 14, 9 a. m. until noon at the Savannah Civic Center. The Big Business Symposium is an event designed to aid Savannah area small to medium sized businesses in learning the requirements for obtaining contracts with larger businesses.  The symposium is designed to facilitate in gathering information that will ultimately help small business owners position and structure their businesses for growth. Small business owners will have the opportunity to connect with procurement directors from major corporations.

This event is ideal for small to medium sized businesses who are ready to or are preparing to seek larger contract opportunities.  The symposium is designed to help bridge the knowledge gap between larger businesses, federal entities and/or local government entities and small or emerging businesses. Representatives from the procurement departments from the City of Savannah and Gulfstream will be on the panel.  Additional panelists will be announced in the immediate future.  The discussion panel will be moderated by local business strategist and Small Business Chamber of Savannah President, Ammie Dover.

Tickets are $35 for members, $50 for future members and $75 for both the event and a one year membership.
