Parker’s, an award-winning convenience store company based in Savannah, Ga., recently converted its former corporate headquarters at 222 Drayton St. into luxury lofts that are available as short-term or long-term vacation rentals.

Located directly above Parker’s Market, the urban lofts are elegantly appointed with stylish décor and feature sleek kitchen areas, luxury bedding and high ceilings with exposed wood beams. Parker’s currently lists seven two-bedroom lofts and one one-bedroom property with Lucky Savannah, a popular local vacation rental company.

“We designed these lofts to offer the ultimate in privacy, comfort and convenience in the heart of downtown Savannah,” said Greg Parker, president and CEO of Parker’s. “They have been extremely popular with discriminating travelers who are looking for an alternative to traditional hotel accommodations and who appreciate high quality and attention to detail.”

Parker’s has earned acclaim for its innovative store designs and for raising the bar within the convenience store industry. The new lofts reflect the company’s longtime commitment to quality, design and convenience, providing an exciting new option for travelers who are interested in “living like a local” in Savannah.

Originally founded in 1976, Parker’s relocated its corporate headquarters from 222 Drayton St. to the Philbrick-Eastman House on Chippewa Square in downtown Savannah in 2015. The company won several awards from the Georgia Trust and Historic Savannah Foundation for its responsible renovation of the historic structure on W. McDonough St.
