Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia customers enrolled in health plans that utilize the Pathway (or Pathway X) network in southeast Georgia now have access to Memorial Health. Effective February 15, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia and Memorial Health reached an agreement that allows in-network access to Memorial’s services including its hospital, physicians, and outpatient services.

 “Our patients and physicians told us that participating in the Pathway network was important to them. Memorial Health is happy to have reached an agreement with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia to serve these patients as an in-network provider,” said Bill Lee, senior vice president and chief strategy officer at Memorial Health.

“Our Pathway members will now have access to healthcare at Memorial Health, a well-regarded healthcare system in southeast Georgia. We are glad we could reach an agreement that enhances care for our members in that part of the state,” said Jeff Fusile, President of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia.
