Leading hospitality and property development company HOS Management recently acquired a neighborhood shopping center located at 50 Berwick Blvd. in Savannah, Ga., directly adjacent to a 75,000 sq. ft. Kroger grocery store.

The beautiful neighborhood commercial space is currently 75 percent occupied with four units or 7500 sq. ft. of retail space available for lease. Current tenants include Marco’s Pizza, Seasons of Japan, Sports Clips, Anytime Fitness, State Farm, Top Dog Grooming Spa, and others. The neighborhood center also includes outdoor display and patio seating.

In addition, HOS Management is planning a new construction, mixed-use development spanning three and a half acres of property in Pooler near Savannah Quarters. More information to follow as development plans are finalized.
