Lufburrow Realty, Savannah’s oldest and most trusted real estate company, announced the creation of their new commercial division that will concentrate on commercial sales and leasing.

Cherise Cartwright has joined the team as Commercial Sales Manager. Ms. Cartwright has a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Florida Atlantic University and is an accomplished real estate agent. She was named 2015 Rookie of the Year by the Middle Georgia Association of Realtors and has recently been instrumental in helping several businesses move their base of operations to the Savannah area.

“I am delighted to be a part of such a wonderful team”, said Cherise. “I am looking forward to making a positive contribution and being part of Matthew and Stephen Lufburrow’s vision for the future of their company.”

The commercial division will complement the already successful residential division of Lufburrow Realty, and allow the company to offer complete relocation services to their corporate clients. They can now assist with every part of the process from the purchase or lease of commercial space to helping employees relocate to the Savannah Area.

Vice President, Matthew Lufburrow is excited about the company’s new direction. “Since joining my parents at Lufburrow Realty three years ago, I have watched the company grow from a small, family business, to a successful boutique agency in the Savannah market”, said Matthew. “I am looking forward to our next chapter.”

Commercial real estate is not new to Lufburrow Realty. The company’s founder, Thomas Lufburrow, built the business on commercial leasing and sales. His forward thinking is what carried the company through the Great Depression.

“We’ve come full circle”, Said owner and broker, Stephen Lufburrow. “For years, our residential clients have been urging me to offer commercial services and now that we have put in place the resources to best serve the commercial real estate needs of our clients, I am able to fulfill the vision of my father and grandfather.”
