This year’s Southern Women’s Show, set for March 24-26 at the Savannah International Trade & Convention Center, is in part sponsored by Memorial Health. Each year, the Memorial Health exhibit is one of the top exhibits during the three-day, action-packed show and once again, representatives from the health system will be on hand to help women take charge of their health!

Focusing on women’s health, Memorial Health’s walk-through exhibit will offer a variety of health screenings, including skin cancer, blood pressure checks, and pulse oximetry testing. In addition, healthcare professionals from Memorial Health for Women, Memorial Health Bariatrics, and several Memorial Health University Physicians offices will provide health, fitness, and nutrition information for the whole family.

“Women’s health needs change throughout their lives,” said Carla Edwards, clinical director of Memorial Health for Women. “The Southern Women’s Show gives us the opportunity to provide them with the information they need to take care of themselves at every stage of life.” Visitors to the exhibit will receive a guide to women’s health screenings, beginning in adolescence and continuing through menopause and beyond.
