Gaslight Group, an award-winning collection of distinguished independent restaurants and bars in Savannah, Ga., recently announced it has purchased the Broughton Street property that formerly housed Juarez Mexican Restaurant. Gaslight will announce plans for their newest project, located at 420 East Broughton Street, in late summer. 

“We’re excited to expand our offerings to Broughton Street,” said Brian Huskey, owner of Gaslight Group. “There’s a palpable energy to that area, and we think our newest project will bring something special to the mix.”

The sale of the property was brokered by Graham Sadler, an associate broker with Cora Bett Thomas Realty. Lominack Kolman Smith is the architect, Linn Gresham Haute Decor is the interior designer, and Martin Zittrouer Construction is the general contractor.
