New job title: Director of Operations

Duties: As Director of Operations, Spencer will be responsible for the oversight of all field/project operations including safety, scheduling, logistics, subcontracts, quality control and close out. This will include regular job site visits, weekly project manager meetings, and attendance at OAC meetings to provide leadership and support to our superintendents and project managers.

Related work experience: Quesada has 21 years of experience in construction with projects including The Savannah Classical Academy High School addition, redevelopment of the Victory Crossing Shopping Center, the Jepson Center for the Arts, Bethesda Academy and Effingham County Hospital.

Education: Quesada holds a Bachelors of Science in History and Political Science from Brewton Parker College and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
