Staff Report From Savannah CEO

Wednesday, April 12th, 2017

Terry Beaudreault has returned to Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty as a sales associate. She just moved back from Texas, where she spent two years as a successful real estate agent. She missed the beauty and history of Savannah, though, and wanted to return.

Bringing a wealth of corporate and real estate experience, Beaudreault excels at understanding what buyers want, giving accurate pricing, handling negotiations, listening, paying attention to details and understanding financials.

“The key to my success has always been listening to the customers’ needs and wants and delivering products that developed a lasting relationship with the customer,” said Beaudreault. “It first comes from learning the market and trends and delivering a product that the customer loves.”

“I always think of what I can do better, how I can make it better,” said Beaudreault, who brings more than 36 years of retail experience in planning, selling and buying for customers from the East Coast to the West Coast. “I listen carefully, always follow through, and have great negotiating skills. I am a stickler on detail.”

Prior to her real estate career, Beaudreault worked at JCPenney corporate headquarters for more than 20 years as Director of Planning and Allocation for women’s sportswear. Working hand-in-hand with marketing, systems, finance and buyers, she developed forecasts and sales systems. She designed sales and profit plans for more than 1100 stores nationwide as well as internet sales.

Prior to her work at JCPenney corporate headquarters, she was Financial Director to two CEOs, a store manager, a buyer and a recruiter. She won several awards for leadership and achieving goals for teams.
Beaudreault and her husband, Ray, live on Skidaway Island at The Landings and enjoy all the beauty the island has to offer as well as dear friends. She enjoys living near the beaches as well as playing golf on the islands and towns that surround Savannah.
