CPPI of Georgia is pleased to announce the firm has established an affiliation with Gordon Development Group, led by Savannah native Craig Gordon. CPPI and GDG will partner together for construction projects in Chatham County and the surrounding region, including Savannah Chatham County Public School System ESPLOST III opportunities.

Gordon has served as a State Representative since 2007 and is a graduate of Beach High and Armstrong Atlantic State University. He is also a member of the 100 Black Men of Savannah and a charter member of the Coastal Network Group.

CPPI of Georgia is currently constructing a new school building for Haven Elementary which will be completed for the upcoming school year. CPPI specializes in governmental, educational, healthcare, institutional and commercial construction. Additional local projects include Isle of Hope Elementary School, Savannah State University Science & Technology Building and Marine Science Center, and the Georgia Southern University Interdisciplinary Academic Building.
