The DeSoto Grille Announces Farewell Sunday Brunch June 11th

Nearing the end of its multimillion-dollar renovation, The DeSoto in historic Savannah, Ga., is preparing for one of the last major changes to take place as part of the total transformation into one of Sotherly Hotels’ signature properties. On Sunday, June 12, 2017, The DeSoto Grille will serve its final Sunday brunch, a traditionally popular service for the restaurant for both locals and visitors.

After Sunday, the restaurant will close its doors and begin construction on what will soon become the 1540 Room, a chef-driven, locally-sourced restaurant. A reimagined version of the Sunday brunch will resume at the 1540 Room upon opening (further details to come). 

From 11:30 a.m. - 2 p.m., The DeSoto Grille’s Sunday brunch will be available to the public and include a full buffet spread ($21.95) featuring an omelet station, prime rib, fried and baked chicken, fried fish, macaroni and cheese, soup, salad, dessert and bottomless mimosas (starting at 12:30 p.m.).
