Winter Construction Tops Out Hotel in Savannah

Winter Construction has topped out the new seven-story, 173-key hotel in the historic River Street area of Savannah, GA.
The hotel property located at 412 Williamson St. spans an entire city block and includes two levels of parking and retail space, and a total of 162,000 sq. ft. The hotel’s layout includes five levels of guestrooms, a fitness area, meeting space, a pool, a lobby bar, a restaurant on River St., and a rooftop event space and bar.
The architect is Gunn Meyerhoff Shay, and the interior designers are FODA and Parts & Labor.
