Missy Kolgaklis has joined Celia Dunn Sotheby's International Realty as a sales associate.

Prior to joining Celia Dunn Sotheby's International Realty, Kolgaklis was a Realtor with a national builder working in a luxury community. Previously, she worked as a Realtor in the Savannah and surrounding area with another local company. She also worked in personal and business cellular sales for six years.

“I always want to do what is right for my clients,” Kolgaklis said. “I’ve had a lot of experience working with people who are relying on me to help them, and I enjoy helping people find the home that is right for them. I’m a family-oriented person, and I want people to know they can trust me to take care of them like family. Integrity, building trust, customer service – all of those things are important to me.”

Kolgaklis has a special passion for helping people find their ‘just-right’ home, and is committed to putting her real estate experience to work for clients on either the buy- or sell-side of a transaction.  As a Savannahian, who grew up in nearby Bryan County, she knows the markets across the area from Richmond Hill and Rincon to Savannah and Pooler – including Savannah Quarters – extremely well. In addition to facilitating the sale or purchase of new and existing homes and condominiums, she has expertise in permitting, appraisal valuations and other facets of the “build cycle” that enables her to provide invaluable assistance to clients whose dream is to be the first owners of a brand new home.

Kolgaklis received a B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics from Georgia Southern University, where she was a cheerleader. She was president of the honor society of the College of Health and Human Sciences, and she volunteered for the Boys and Girls Club and Habitat for Humanity. She was also a cheer and gymnastics instructor.
