Small Business Assistance Corporation Hires Sheree E. Darien as Community Development Loan Officer

The Small Business Assistance Corporation, a Community Development Financial Institution, recently announced it has hired Sheree E. Darien as the Community Development Loan Officer. In that role, she will network with local bankers, community representatives and area businesses in order to promote the mission of SBAC and increase client referrals especially concentrated within the city of Savannah.

Before joining SBAC, Darien worked as Assistant Vice President and Branch Sales Manager for Regions Bank in Ridgeland, S.C. In her new role, she will be responsible for marketing community development loans to potential borrowers, third party lenders and other referral sources. The primary responsibility of this job is to develop and originate new small business loans and promote economic development.
