Greenbriar Children's Center to Benefit from Vineyard Vines' Fundraiser

Savannah area residents are invited to “shop ‘till they drop” on Thursday, Sept. 14 at Vineyard Vines of Savannah to support the local nonprofit organization, Greenbriar Children’s Center.

The popular downtown Savannah apparel store, located at 301 West Broughton Street, Unit 1A, has partnered for a “10/10 shopping night” to support Greenbriar Children’s Center.  During the hours of 4:00-8:00 p.m., customers will receive a 10 percent discount on their purchases, and Vineyard Vines will donate an additional 10 percent from each sale to Greenbriar.  

Greenbriar Children’s Center is a nonprofit organization promoting the healthy development of children and young adults, as well as the strengthening of families through services provided. These services include an emergency shelter, runaway/homeless support, residential care, independent living, family preservation, early childhood education and care, and Project Safe Place. The organization is accredited by the Council on Accreditation for Children and Family Services and is devoted to the care of children and youth who have reached difficult times in their family life. In addition to striving to provide children with a normal, healthy lifestyle, the primary goal is to support families so that they equipped to provide safe, nurturing homes for their children.
