Five Oaks Taproom 13 Weeks of Prohibition. Hotel Indigo Savannah Historic District, a boutique hotel located at 201 West Bay St. in the vibrant City Market area of downtown Savannah, will participate in the 13 Weeks of Prohibition in its neighborhood, locally-sourced eatery, Five Oaks Taproom. The event will feature prohibition themed cocktails created by bartender Tiffani Williams. An Old Forester representative will be present on Tuesday, October 3, to discuss the prohibition era and hand out samples.
