The William Jay Society, Telfair Museums’ member group of young professionals, invites guests to experience Telfair after dark during an unforgettable night of enchantment and gothic allure at the third annual Masquerade in the Mansion on Friday, October 27. This can’t miss event features an array of dazzling décor, live music, libations and much more.
 
“The past two events have been hugely successful; we can’t wait for guests to experience this year’s spectacular surprises. Attendees will be wowed from beginning to end” said Cyreia Sandlin, President of the William Jay Society.
 
Held in the beautiful, historic Telfair Academy, this can’t-miss event will feature exotic entertainment and stunning surprises. The festivities will run from 8:00pm to midnight and are open to anyone 21 years of age or older.  Guests should put on their masks, wear creative black-tie, grab their friends, and join us at the Mansion to experience the museum like never before, with stilt walkers, creepy clowns, fire breathers and the wildly popular Savannah Arts Academy doing a pop-up performance.
 
This event sold out for the past two years; guests are encouraged to get their tickets early. Masquerade in the Mansion gives attendees the chance to delight in entertainment, light refreshments and share their appreciation for the arts with each other in a frightfully fun way.
