The Critz Tybee Run Fest is almost here. Come join the Critz race family at the 2018 Critz Tybee Run Fest Expo on Thursday, February 1^st from 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at Critz BMW located at 7009 Abercorn St., Savannah, Ga. The public is invited to come enjoy over 15 race vendors and sponsors who will be showcasing new products and services and providing demonstrations to Expo visitors. The Expo is the home of packet pick-up for all race participants and last minute runners are also welcome to register onsite at the expo.

Among the Expo’s vendors, Fleet Feet will be offering great sales on race merchandise and Ultramax Sports will be onsite printing custom Critz Tybee Run Fest shirts. Runners will be able to select their design and shirt to have printed right there on the spot. Adults are encouraged to bring children as well. Byrd Cookie Company will be giving out cookies and registering kids for the Byrd’s Famous Cookies Kiddie Run – free registration includes a kids shirt, bib, and finishers medal.

This year’s packet pick-up process will comprise of a new dynamic assignment, which will dramatically streamline the packet pick-up process. Participants will receive the same printed receipts along with their bib number and timing chip in one quick step. This new system will help make packet pick-up quicker and eliminate volunteers having to stuff packets and look through bins for runner’s packet numbers.

Runners can register online for the Critz Tybee Run Fest through January 31^st; rates increase starting February 1^st. For out of town runners or for those who cannot attend the Expo, last minute packet pick-up will be held Friday, February 2^nd from 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at 33 Meddin Avenue, Tybee Island, Ga.

Packet pick-up on Saturday, February 3^rd will take place at 1605 Strand Avenue, Tybee Island, Ga.; packet pick-up for the 10K will be 6:15 a.m. – 6:45 a.m. and 7:15 a.m. – 7:45 a.m. for the Half Marathon. Runners participating in the Beach Run or the 1 Mile can pick up their packets prior to the start of each race.
