The Landings Club Launches Revitalization Project

In 2017, a revitalization project was proposed and approved by members to enhance the amenities offered by The Landings Club, home of the PGA's Savannah Golf Championship. The overall project includes expanding the sports complex, enhancing the Wellness Center and building a new clubhouse.

In an effort to reinvest in the organization, The Landings Club established three major projects that directly reflect the needs of members, are warm, inviting, timeless and fun for the entire family. The refurbishments serve to bring value into members backyards.

The project promises enhancements in three phases:

  • Franklin Creek Sports Complex

    • A new 4,500 sq. ft. fast-casual dining facility

    • New pickleball and bocce courts and new player's lounge

    • A new player's lounge

    • An enhanced pool complex with zero entry point, children's splash pad and unique water feature

  • Oakridge Wellness Center

    • Enlarged cardio and strength training areas

    • New group studio and locker rooms

    • An expanded child care facility

  • Marshwood Clubhouse

    • A brand new 23,500 sq. ft. clubhouse

    • A resort style pool complex

    • An enlarged Cabana Bar
