Veteran Appraiser Johnnie Ganem recently joined David Lane of Lane Appraisal Company to form Ganem Lane Appraisal & Advisory, Inc. Ganem established Ganem Appraisal Company, Inc. in 1988, and is one of the most recognizable brands within the Coastal Empire real estate industry.

A Savannah native, Ganem has generated a highly respected client base by working with area legal and accounting professionals, area property owners, and local banking institutions. In addition to providing valuation services to lenders for collateral underwriting, he has also provided expert witness services for litigation support for a variety of cases such as civil suits, bankruptcy cases, estate planning/tax cases, and foreclosure/confirmation, charitable contributions, and divorce proceedings. Ganem has also worked with hundreds of area property owners in the valuation of property for estate purposes and property tax appeals in both Georgia and South Carolina.

David Lane established Lane Appraisal Company in 2008 and serves as the principal partner of the firm. With over 17 years of experience in valuation and advisory services, he specializes in real estate appraisal and appraisal consulting assignments for various clients to include financial institutions, mortgage companies, attorneys/law firms, accountants, REITS, real estate holding companies, and individuals.
