CPPI of Georgia and partner Gordon Development Group have been chosen as the Construction Manager for renovations to the Bradwell Institute. The project will begin immediately following the last day of classes in mid-May.

“We’re pleased that the Liberty County School Board has entrusted us with this project and we’re ready to get started so the Bradwell Tigers can enjoy their new facilities this fall,” said Josh Mayberry, Senior Project Manager at CPPI of Georgia.

The project includes 41,000 square feet of renovated gym and athletic facilities which will centralize the location of the P.E. office and training spaces, include a new roof, HVAC system, gym floor and bleachers as well as add new lockers and equipment storage space.

CPPI of Georgia is currently constructing a new Interdisciplinary Academic Building for Georgia Southern University, which will be completed for the upcoming Fall semester. CPPI specializes in governmental, educational, healthcare, institutional and commercial construction. Additional local projects include Isle of Hope K-8 School, Savannah State University Science & Technology Building and Marine Science Center, and Haven Elementary.
