Cora Bett Thomas Realty & Associates recently awarded Judy C. Nease its top sales agent of the month for April having secured $2.3 million in sales.

Nease represents clients as an associate broker, facilitating buying and selling residential properties predominantly in the Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island areas. Her more than 40 years in real estate were shaped by her experiences working as an entrepreneur and then starting her own private real estate practice. She holds a brokers license in Georgia and South Carolina and holds GRI, CRS, and CRB designations.  

A member of the National Association of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors, the Distinguished Sales Society, she was also previously appointed to the SEDA Board of Directors. Nease resides on Wilmington River.
