“Mocktails, Manicures and Mammograms” is Free Program Offered by St. Francis on Tuesday, May 22nd

It’s a night out for the girls with mocktails and manicures offered as well as information on the newest technologies helping physicians find and treat breast cancer more effectively. St. Francis is offering the event at no cost to raise awareness of the importance of mammography during May, in advance of Breast Cancer Awareness month, observed nationally each October.
 
Space is limited and registration required by calling 706.320.8060 or visit mystrancis.com/mmm.  The event is from 4pm – 7pm and will be held in the St. Francis Butler Pavilion, located at 2300 Manchester Expressway, Columbus, GA 31904.
 
Throughout the evening guests will have the opportunity to:
 
·         Tour the breast center

·         Visit our educational displays

·         Schedule or get a mammogram (limited slots will be available and will be provided based on insurance benefits)

·         Meet our breast specialists and physicians

·         Have a manicure or just enjoy refreshments, along with our signature mocktail (that’s a mixed drink without any alcohol)
 
Physician lectures will take you on a journey through the life of a patient diagnosed with breast cancer, from breast exam through treatment and will begin promptly at 5pm.  
 
Physician lectures will feature:

·         Melissa Hatter, Certified Nurse Midwife

·         Dr. John Cutrone

·         Dr. Charles Scarborough, Breast Surgeon

·         Dr. A.J. Jain, Plastic Surgeon
 
Tours of the Breast Center, mammograms, and exhibits are being offered from 4 – 6:30 pm.
