Staff Report From Georgia CEO

Cotiviti announced a new national partnership with Habitat for Humanity and will support the organization’s work in 2018.

The partnership will engage hundreds of Cotiviti employees working alongside Habitat homeowners and community members in homebuilding and renovations, as well as volunteering at their local Habitat for Humanity ReStores, which are Habitat’s nonprofit home improvement stores and donation centers. Proceeds from Habitat ReStores directly support local Habitats in building affordable housing in their communities.

“We are grateful to Cotiviti for their support of our mission,” said Lynda Smith, senior director of Corporate Relations at Habitat for Humanity International. “It is because of partnerships like these that we are able to work toward a world where everyone has a decent place to live.”

The partnership kicks off this week with a build in McKinney, Texas, where more than 100 Cotiviti employees will help build or repair homes alongside current or future Habitat homeowners.  About a dozen Cotiviti offices across the U.S. and Canada, including the Company’s headquarters, will participate in builds during the remainder of the year.

“This partnership links directly to Cotiviti Cares’ mission to advance education and health and human services by empowering Habitat families to realize the strength, stability and independence they need to build a better life,” said Jon Olefson, General Counsel at Cotiviti, and the executive sponsor of its social responsibility program, Cotiviti Cares.
