Foram Group Announces Plans for New Lakeside Village in Pooler

Foram Group, a third-generation, family-owned and operated team of real estate business professionals headquartered in Savannah, Ga., is pleased to announce plans for Lakeside Village, a new mixed-use and luxury community development located near the intersection of Pooler Parkway and I-16 in Pooler, Georgia (across the street from the new St. Joseph's/Candler hospital campus opening in 2019).

Foram will serve as the master developer of Lakeside Village, a large-scale land development featuring a luxury apartment community and four surrounding commercial lots, ranging in size from 1.2 to 1.85 acres. Of the four lots available, two include lakeside frontage and potential for a dock build-out.

The first phase of Lakeside Village includes a luxury apartment community, Mosby Lakeside, developed by Middleburg, a Virginia-based real estate investment, development, and management firm. Mosby Lakeside will include a 316-unit, three- and four-story Class-A apartments, and is expected to introduce a new level of luxury, sustainability, and amenities to the area.

The apartment community will feature one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging from 748 sq. ft. one-bedrooms to spacious 1,405 sq. ft. three-bedrooms, along with a number of two-story, 1,133 sq. ft. carriage house homes. Residents will enjoy the lake views incorporated into the thoughtfully designed community, as well as a 7,500 sq. ft. clubhouse, fitness center with yoga studio, resort-style saltwater pool, dog parks and pet spa, boat house for kayak/canoe storage, hammock garden, electric car charging stations and more.

Additional commercial space at Lakeside Village is also available. Foram is currently working to put together a complementary selection of tenants. Ideas for space holders include national brand drugstores; high-end, small shop retail; high-end, local restaurant(s); coffee shop; quality child-care center; medical and professional offices; banks; and non-discount, soft good users.
