Savannah Tech to Open Culinary Institute Downtown

The Savannah Technical College Foundation plans to expand to downtown Savannah with the recent purchase of 7 West Bay St. The 162-year-old building, which formerly housed Club Rain, will become the home of the Savannah Culinary Institute.
