LS3P is pleased to congratulate Elizabeth Schminke, AIA, on achieving architectural licensure. In addition to completing required training hours in diverse experience categories, she recently passed all seven divisions of the Architect Registration Examination. Schminke, who earned Bachelor of Arts in Historic Preservation from University of Mary Washington and a Master of Architecture from Savannah College of Art and Design, works in the firm’s Savannah office.
 
Schminke is qualified under the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards as a Historic Preservationist and Architectural Historian.  Her diverse portfolio includes designs for hospitality, K-12 education, residential, and civic designs, with recent projects including work for Aloft Hotel, the Town of Bluffton Town Hall, and Sail Academy.
