Summit Brings International Trade Representatives to Savannah

State Rep. Carl Gilliard, D-Garden City, on Friday brought together a group of local and international representatives in an effort to strengthen global partnerships on the economic forefront during the inaugural Georgia International Trade and Commerce Summit.
