Cora Bett Thomas Realty recently added Sara Sawyer to its team as a real estate agent. In this role, she facilitates and prepares clients in the buying and selling process of residential homes.
 
Sawyer also assists realtor Liza DiMarco with her real estate transactions in the greater Savannah area. Sawyer is responsible for creating Matterport interactive 360 degree videos for listings, developing brochures and postcards for listed and recently sold properties, completing real estate contracts and amendments, and preparing listings for the active competitive market. Sawyer has a passion for real estate, and enjoys staying up to date on market trends, specifically in the Savannah area.

She received her Sales Specialist and Relocation Specialist Certificates from the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World. She says she’s not your "traditional realtor." Her goal is to relate to the younger generation, and show them the real advantages to owning a home in your 20’s and/or 30’s.
 
Born and raised in Yonkers NY, Sawyer and her husband are now happy to call the Montgomery, Savannah neighborhood home. Whether it be hiking with their dogs at Skidaway Island State Park or hanging out by the water, they enjoy being out in nature together. With a background puppy care, she has a heart for animals and hopes to volunteer her time with wildlife and domestic animals in need.
