Emily Trust, a Realtor with Celia Dunn Sotheby’s International Realty, offers her expertise in the Greater Savannah Area which includes The Landings Communities to the South thru to the Pooler Area to the North. 

I was born in Chicago IL and grew up in Bethesda MD, and finished college at FAU in Boca Raton FL.  After owning and running several businesses in South Florida, we sold out our interests and relocated to Savannah. 

I knew we had found our new home when in 1998 I visited Savannah and The Landings with my husband, and at the time our infant son. After checking out the lovely historic downtown restaurants and activities, the local school options in Savannah, along with the golf, tennis, marinas, fitness center, miles of pathways and many other amenities at The Landings, it was an easy move to relocate from South Florida to Skidaway Island. It is an excellent place to raise a family, retire, stay active and make new friends! We enjoy playing golf and tennis throughout the Savannah area. Now our son has finished his time at UGA, and after 20 plus years, it still amazes me that I am lucky enough to be part of this wonderful community.

I have happily spent many hours volunteering throughout the Savannah community with The Jr League, Oatland Island, Downtown Tour of Homes, and The Anderson Cancer Institute. I was also involved with the fund raising and construction of The Landings Playground, the 25th Landings Anniversary Events and New Neighbors. In 2008 I decided to pursue my passion for Real Estate. Matching my endless appreciation and knowledge of The Landings and the Savannah area and all it has to offer to hopefully provide a perfect avenue to help you pursue your perfect home.
