Oliver Maner Lawyer David Bobo Mullens Named President of Young Lawyers Division of the Savannah Bar Association

Oliver Maner, an award-winning law firm founded in Savannah, Ga., in 1897, is pleased to announce firm lawyer David Bobo Mullens was recently installed as the new president of the Young Lawyers Division (YLD) of the Savannah Bar Association (SBA) for the 2019-2020 term. In this position, Mullens will oversee the organization’s mission of enriching the lives of its members and the greater Savannah community by offering numerous fellowship and community service opportunities throughout the year.

A lawyer in the litigation section of the firm, Mullens regularly represents businesses, local governments, and individuals in all manner of civil disputes. His practice focuses on business litigation, county and municipal liability, transportation law, as well as select personal injury cases. In addition, he represents individuals or businesses in matters involving a breach of contract, trade secrets, employment agreements, fiduciary duties, and professional negligence.
