Associates affiliated with local healthcare provider Audiology and Hearing Aid Services recently attended two nationally recognized conferences in Orlando, Fl.

Doctors of Audiology Cori Palmer, Susan Timna, and Katherine Neufeld attended The Empower Conference which is a three-day conference for professionals within the hearing healthcare industry. The Empower Conference focuses on sessions regarding clinical operations, technology, patient care, and customer service. 

Prior to The Empower Conference, all three doctors of audiology in addition to Office Manager Heather Davis and Patient Care Coordinator Katie Guder attended courses on leadership and team training at The Disney Institute. As part of this course, attendees are allowed to go behind the scenes to see how business and customer service oriented principles are applied as part of Disney’s daily operations.
