McManamy Jackson Expands Team, Welcomes Brandi Griffin and Sara Dasher to Law Firm

McManamy Jackson, PC, a law firm specializing in residential and commercial real estate law, is pleased to welcome Brandi Griffin and Sara Dasher to the firm. Brandi Griffin will serve as a paralegal in McManamy Jackson’s Savannah office and Sara Dasher will serve as an administrative assistant in the firm’s Rincon office.

BRANDI GRIFFIN

Paralegal, Savannah Office

A paralegal in McManamy Jackson’s Savannah office, Brandi Griffin service firm clients during the pre-closing phase of the real estate closing transaction. From initiating and facilitating detailed communications between all parties and sellers to gathering and preparing all information for the closing process, Griffin works directly with the closing attorneys to complete the pending real estate transaction. In addition, she handles and requests any payoffs, HOA information, taxes, and any invoices that may need to be collected on the settlement statement. As the process nears closing day, she will coordinate the final preparation and sequence of closing packages to ensure an easy and informative flow during the actual closing process. Originally from Kennesaw, Ga., Griffin moved to Savannah in 2004 and graduated with a B.S. from Armstrong Atlantic State University in 2008. She is an active member of the Compassion Christian Church.

SARA DASHER

Administrative Assistant, Rincon Office

An administrative assistant in McManamy Jackson’s Rincon office, Sara Dasher serves as a liaison between attorneys, clients, title companies, lenders and agents during the closing process. Dasher brings exceptional professionalism to her role as a client liaison and works to ensure the firm’s lawyers and staff are supported during every client transaction. Additional responsibilities include managing the schedules for commercial and residential closings, preparing title commitments, drafting contracts and other legal documents, and more. Originally from Guyton, Ga., Adamson is also a photographer and owner of Sara Dasher Photography. Her previous experience includes administrative positions in the health and wellness industry. A graduate of South Effingham High School, Dasher was the recipient of the 2008 IWC Scholarship. She was also voted “Most Fabulous Photographer” by Effingham Living Magazine in 2017 and 2018.
