Memorial Health Donates to Savannah Affordable Housing Fund

Memorial Health recently contributed $30,000 to the Savannah Affordable Housing Fund (SAHF), which is a City of Savannah initiative to assist with affordable housing and neighborhood revitalization. The donation was made from Memorial’s Community Benefit Fund and will be used to provide support for housing initiatives in Savannah, including neighborhoods close to the hospital’s campus.
Memorial Health CEO Shayne George and Board Member Israel Small presented a check to Mayor Van Johnson, Aldermen and SAHF representatives at the Savannah City Council meeting on January 16.
