Hunter were recently awarded the 2020 Georgia Super Lawyers designation. Hodges was recognized for his outstanding accomplishments in Personal Injury General (Defense) and General Litigation; and, Hunter was recognized for his impressive professional achievements in General Litigation. Since 2003, Hunter has devoted 100 percent of his practice to complex trial law including representing plaintiffs severely injured or killed in cases against product manufacturers, device manufacturers, trucking companies, and large industrial or construction companies and defending doctors or healthcare providers in malpractice cases. Hunter’s experience also includes cases related to large and complex business disputes, many times involving claims related to fiduciary duties, trade secrets, and “bet the company” issues. He has been recognized by his peers with industry awards many times including Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers’ Lawyer of the Year, Georgia Trend’s Legal Elite, and others.
