The following department heads for the Effingham County Board of Commissioners are getting pied for United Way –

Seth Zeigler- Director of Parks & Landscape
Fred Ryan- Facilities Maintenance Supervisor
Jimmy Parr- Building Official
Jay Spinks- Director of E-911
Neal Groover- Chief Appraiser
Vicki Dunn- HR Director
Bob Summers- Operations Manager, EMS
Clarence Morgan- Director of Recreation and Sports Management
Victor Walker – Prison Warden

Effingham County is promoting the spirit of giving at United Way of the Coastal Empire, using pies! County staff are paying to pie the faces of their fellow leaders. All proceeds from the pie purchases will be donated to the UWCE Community Fund. Let the pie-throwing begin!
