One Love Animal Rescue will host its annual Giving Tuesday online fundraiser December 1, 2020 with an ambitious goal of raising $10,000 in much needed funds. Additionally, a $3,000 in the first 3 hours match has been pledged by anonymous donors. Every donation made between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. on December 1st will be matched dollar-for-dollar, up to $3,000.

Like many organizations, the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic has had and continues to have a significant impact. Answering a call for help from local shelters, One Love took in 107 animals in just two weeks at the start of the pandemic going through 2000 pounds of food and taking on two dogs with broken legs, 14 heartworm positive dogs, and three mange cases.

“While the community has stepped up in amazing ways to support us, we were forced to cancel three of our four main fundraisers for the year” said Karrie Bulski, Executive Director and Co-Founder. “As a donor- funded organization, this has had a significant impact, so we hope to make this Giving Tuesday, the biggest one yet!”
