Nick and Carol Thomas’ story started in central Ohio five years ago.  That winter was brutal – snow, snow, and more snow.  One day in January they daydreamed about where they would like to live.  Anywhere near the ocean where they might enjoy warm days and evenings was a contender.  A friend recommended Savannah, Georgia.  One morning that March, they packed their car and drove to Georgia and the next day when they opened their hotel door they were greeted by the sunny breeze, palm trees, and Southern charm. They were hooked! Five months later they moved into their dream home!

Buying their home together was an experience they will never forget.
