Trace Staffing Solutions Names Patricia Arnsdorff HR Manager

Patricia Arnsdorff was recently named director of human resources for both Trace Staffing Solutions, a full-service staffing agency offering strategic temporary and full-time solutions for employers, and Trace Back office Solutions, a sister company that handles all of the back office functions for staffing as well as other client projects and needs related to accounting and payroll. 

In her position, Arnsdorff is responsible for managing employee relations for more than 1,500 employees within 12 offices across four states. She also oversees all staff by establishing new policy procedures, benefits administration, payroll, taxes, and many other human resource functions related to employees.   

While in college, Arnsdorff began her career at the front desk of Snelling Staffing Services. After graduation, she interviewed and placed employees into office/administrative jobs, as well as into light industrial jobs. As the company grew, she moved into human resources and payroll administration. She owned her own company, PGA Outsourcing, handling payroll, accounting, and human resource functions.

A Savannah native, Arnsdorff earned a bachelor’s degree in general studies, cum laude, at Armstrong Atlantic State University. She now resides with her family in Savannah, Ga.
