Trace Staffing Solutions, a full-service staffing agency offering strategic temporary and full-time solutions for employers throughout the Southeast, recently named Ricky Sanders its safety and risk operations manager.

In that role, he manages workers’ compensation cases, provides safety consulting, and oversees industrial engineering and continuous improvement services for clients. Sanders previously worked as an environmental health and safety manager at Thunderbolt Marine, where he was accountable for the company’s entire environmental health, safety and sustainability program. 

“Ricky brings a unique and very important skillset to Trace,” said Pam Cole, CEO and president of Trace Staffing Solutions. “With his experience, he will be an excellent asset for our clients.” 

Sanders, a native of Breaux Bridge, La., earned his master’s degree in homeland security from San Diego State University and a bachelor’s degree in history from Louisiana State University. He is the 2014-2015 chair of the American Society of Safety Engineers’ Next Generation Board, a nationwide board charged with increasing the safety industry’s diversity and inclusion.
