Critz Tybee Run Fest to Present at First Annual RunSignUp Conference

The marketing director for the Critz Tybee Run Fest, Cornelia Stumpf from CSCP CONSULT LLC, was invited by the organizers of the first annual RunSignUp User Conference, to present on the topic of Marketing for race directors.
The conference is taking place on the weekend of July 18th & 19th, 2014 in Philadelphia, and has already created a buzz among race organizers, race directors, and timing companies.

The first annual RunSignUp User Conference will be located at the HUB in downtown Philadelphia; with a Welcome Reception at the historic Vesper Boat Club on Friday evening, and a full day of education and sharing for race directors, timers, club officers and running store owners on Saturday.
The Critz Tybee Run Fest is successfully using RunSignUp for the second year in a row, and was chosen by RunSignUp due to the extraordinary marketing efforts implemented to raise not only registrations for the Critz Tybee Run Fest , but as well the level of attraction for the “one of a kind” 2 - Day Race event.
“We thought the background of Cornelia Stumpf is great for that; because she is NOT a race director, she will be able to bring some new ideas and a new perspective to the table for the Race Directors in attendance”, stated Johanna Goode of RUNSIGNUP.
In addition to a variety of steady promotions to reward early sign up and targeted race participant groups, the Critz Tybee Run Fest is marketing the five races of the 2 day event with a continuous 12 month presence on a variety of media, social media, and other event platforms.
The steady flow of the incoming runners, including a large amount of newcomers each year, has been an encouraging sign for the event’s marketing director.
