Edibelles, a Savannah-based gourmet food and gift company, announces the launch of its private label program which customizes its cookies, snacks and barbecue sauce in packaging with a specific logo or message to be used for gifts or resale.

“To my knowledge, there isn’t another gourmet food private label program available at such a low cost with such low minimums,” said Madeleine Warren, owner of Edibelles. “It’s appealing to a wide variety of businesses. It’s perfect for stores that want to expand their brand, for companies that want an inexpensive marketing item, for event planners to give to guests or for hotels and resorts to use as amenity gifts.”

Products include seven flavors of cookies, a snack mix, cheese biscuits, five flavors of yogurt-covered pretzels and two flavors of barbecue sauce. Minimums are 48 pieces that may be split among two flavors and pricing starts at $3.50 each. Customers may select from a choice of labels offered, create their own design or use their logo. Barbecue sauce is sold in bottles, pretzels are contained in cellophane bags and cookies and snacks are available in boxes and tins.

Sold in almost 200 retail locations and resorts in 27 states, Edibelles is a member of the Georgia Grown initiative sponsored by the Georgia Department of Agriculture to promote goods produced in Georgia. The brand’s Southern Praline Snackin’ Mix was a finalist in the snack category for the 2013 Flavor of Georgia contest for foods made in the state.

Edibelles has been featured in local and industry media, including Savannah magazine; WTOC-TV’s “Mid-Morning Live;” Gourmet Business, a digital magazine for gourmet retailers; giftsanddec.com, the Gifts and Decorative Accessories website for retailers, manufacturers and vendors in the gift industry; Splash magazine, an online volume for 30 cities worldwide;BlogTalkRadio’s “Life Lessons” series on the social radio network, and Entree travel newsletter. In 2012, Edibelles received an ADDY award from the Savannah chapter of the American Advertising Federation for outstanding packaging.

Founded in 2011, Edibelles has two divisions in addition to the wholesale line. Good Gollys, a fundraising opportunity for schools and organizations, was created in 2013. Elegant Gifts, a custom gift company established in 2003, was added in 2014.
