Cumming based Oaks Senior Living, LLC and Savannah based Development Associates, Inc. are proud to announce the upcoming development of the newest assisted living and Alzheimer’s care community in Pooler, Georgia.  The 5 acre site will break ground in December 2014, and is expected to be complete late 2015.

The Oaks at Pooler will be located at 125 Southern Junction Blvd., just off of I-95.  Its convenient location will offer convenient service for residents throughout Pooler and West Chatham County as well as many local communities including Bloomingdale, Rincon, Savannah, Garden City, Port Wentworth, and Georgetown.

The two-story community will be home to nearly 100 seniors, and will bring more than 65 jobs to the town of Pooler.  The stylish craftsman style property will feature 61 assisted living apartments and 29 memory care apartments.

In addition to personal care, this state of the art community will offer amenities onsite such as Media Room, Chapel, Physical/Occupational/Speech Therapy, Dental & Podiatry services, Beauty Salon/Barber Shop, Wi-Fi, Concierge, Housekeeping, laundry service and transportation to shopping & banking.  The social, educational, recreational & spiritual programs will provide opportunity for any resident to stay active and engaged in everyday life at The Oaks.
