Tybee Council Fills Vacant Seat

Tybee Island resident John Major was sworn in Thursday to serve the next two years on Tybee Island City Council.
Major was appointed by majority vote to fill the seat formerly occupied by Rob Callahan, who resigned Oct. 23 to take a job in California. The term ends in December 2017.
