HOS Management Welcomes Industry Veteran Bill Dowell as Director of Operations

HOS Management is pleased to announce hospitality industry veteran Bill Dowell recently joined the leading hospitality and development company as its new director of operations.

In his new position, Dowell is responsible for overseeing all operations and development of the HOS portfolio. This includes developing strategies to increase facilities' operational efficiency, improving overall guest satisfaction, coordinating staff development activities, and helping to create productive working environments.

Dowell comes to HOS with over 30 years serving in all aspects of hospitality. Over the last 11 years, he was responsible for managing a team of six quality assurance consultants, covering 650 hotels worldwide for the Quality Assurance Department for Hilton Worldwide. In addition, Dowell was a respected general manager for Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn establishments. His dedicated service and work ethic also earned him three Lighthouse Award accolades throughout his career.
