This tough woman is a force to be reckoned with. The 58-year-old from Richmond Hill, earned her second degree Black Belt on Saturday, June 17th at Black Tiger Taekwon-Do’s Graduation Ceremony.

Anna is the co-owner of Black Tiger Taekwon-Do in Richmond Hill and her husband, Master Instructor Sa Bum Robert Schneider, is a 5th Degree Black Belt in the International Taekwon-Do Federation. You would think the wife of the chief instructor would have an easy time but make no mistake, she worked 4 years to test. In fact, she had to put the extra effort in so there was no doubt in anyone’s mind, it was earned.

“At my age, its great to be able to achieve something that not only increases my physical fitness but
has made me work my mind and body together to keep me sharp, strong, more flexible and with better
co-ordination and balance. I began training in my late 40’s, feeling very unsure, never expecting to
get this far. I’ve learned that if you simply take one step at time, one day, week and year at a time
amazing things happen. As I was told early on “A Black Belt is just a white belt that never quit.” I’ll
be in class again tomorrow! “

Master Robert Schneider and his wife bring a wealth of knowledge and many years of experience to the Richmond Hill community. They relocated here from NJ in February 2015 and have made Richmond Hill their home.
