Effingham County Chamber of Commerce would like to invite the community to its Annual Membership Recognition Banquet at St. Boniface Hall on Thursday, June 8^th beginning at 6:00 PM. This event’s purpose is to recognize the hard work of Chamber members over the past year. The highlight of the night will be the awarding of the John Adam Treutlen award to a deserving member of our community. State elected officials will be on hand to recognize the recipient.

Chamber Ambassador and Small Business of the Year will also be awarded. Various other awards will be given to volunteers and members for their service over the past year.  The Leadership Effingham Class will be graduating from their yearlong study in community affairs.  Dr. Barbara Prosser will be passing the gavel of the Chamber President to Ed Vance.
